Privacy
Draft, awaiting legal review. This describes how the site works today. It is not yet the final policy, and will be reviewed before Premix goes on sale.
Last updated: 10 October 2026
This policy explains what personal information Kronporium (kronporium.com) and Premix by Kron collect, why, who else sees it, and the choices you have. "We" means [Kron legal entity name and ABN], based in Western Australia.
What we collect
- Account details. Your email address. If you sign in with Google, your name and a Google account identifier. We never receive your Google password.
- Sign-in records. A sign-in session (kept as a secure one-way hash), and short-lived sign-in codes (also hashed, valid for 10 minutes).
- Technical records. Your IP address is used briefly for abuse protection, such as limiting how many sign-in codes can be requested. These counters are deleted within about a day. Our hosting provider also keeps ordinary server logs.
- Purchases. When the store opens, payments are handled by our payment provider, who acts as the seller of record. We receive your email, country and order and licence details. We do not receive or store your card number.
- Support. Anything you send us when you email support.
What we do not collect
The Premix app runs on your computer. Your music, library, mixes and settings stay on your computer. We do not run advertising or analytics trackers on this site.
How the Premix app contacts us
Premix connects to our servers to check for updates and, once licensing is added, to activate and check your licence. This will involve your licence key, a random installation identifier, and the app version. Some optional Premix features use third-party services (for example picture or 3D model generation) with your own account and key with those services. What you type into those features is sent to that service, under its terms and privacy policy, not ours.
Why we use it
- To create and secure your account and sign you in.
- To sell, deliver and license Premix, and to send you updates you ask for.
- To provide support, prevent abuse and keep the service secure.
- To meet legal, tax and accounting obligations.
We do not sell your personal information.
Who else handles it
- Cloudflare: hosting, our database, email delivery and email forwarding. Data may be processed in many countries.
- Google: if you choose to sign in with Google.
- Our payment provider (currently Lemon Squeezy): payments, tax and receipts, when the store opens.
- Authorities or advisers, where the law requires it or to protect legal rights.
Cookies
We use one essential cookie to keep you signed in (and a short-lived one during Google sign-in). We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.
How long we keep it
- Sign-in sessions: up to 30 days. Sign-in codes: 10 minutes.
- Account details: until you delete your account.
- Order and licence records: as long as the law requires for tax and accounting.
Your choices
You can delete your account at any time from your account page, or email us and ask for a copy of your information or a correction. Contact: [email protected]. If you are in Australia and not satisfied with our response, you can complain to the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner. If you are in the EU or UK, you may have additional rights to access, correct, delete or restrict the use of your data, to object, and to complain to your data protection authority.
Children
Kronporium and Kronjam are for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
Changes
We will update this page when things change and change the date above. For significant changes affecting accounts, we will email you.
