Terms
Draft, awaiting legal review. A plain-language starting point. It is not yet final and will be reviewed before Premix goes on sale.
Last updated: 10 October 2026
These terms cover your use of Kronporium (kronporium.com), your Kronporium account, and Premix by Kron ("Premix"). "We" means [Kron legal entity name and ABN]. By creating an account, starting the trial or buying Premix, you agree to them.
Your account
You sign in with Google or with a code sent to your email. Keep access to that email and Google account secure, and tell us if you think someone else has used your account. You must be at least 18 to hold an account.
The Premix licence
- When you buy Premix we license it to you, we do not sell it. The licence is personal, non-exclusive and non-transferable.
- You may install and use it on up to [3] computers that you own or control.
- You get a 14-day free trial with all features. After it ends, you can still view your library and work, but importing, the Transition editor, playing mixes and Live Mix need a licence.
- The price covers all 1.x updates. A future major version (such as 2.0) may be sold separately.
- Your licence key is for you. Do not share, resell or publish it.
What you can and cannot do
- Do not copy, resell, rent or distribute Premix, or remove its licence checks.
- Do not reverse engineer or modify it, except where the law lets you regardless of this clause.
- Do not use it, or our services, for anything unlawful, or to attack or overload our systems.
Music and your content
Premix does not supply music. You are responsible for the music, pictures, sounds and other material you use with it, and for having the right to use it. Playing music at a public event, a business, or any commercial setting often needs a public performance licence (in Australia, for example, through APRA AMCOS and PPCA). Getting those licences is up to you.
Third-party services and generated content
Some optional features use services such as picture, 3D model or sound generators, with your own account and key. Their terms, costs and content rules apply to you. We do not control or guarantee their output, and you are responsible for how you use it.
Kronjam party rooms
When Kronjam launches, party rooms and chat are for adults aged 18 and over. The host of a room is responsible for who they invite. We may remove rooms or people who break these terms or cause harm, and chat may be moderated.
Payments, refunds and taxes
Payments are handled by our payment provider, which acts as the seller of record and applies sales tax where required. Their terms apply to the payment. Our refunds page explains refunds.
Your rights under Australian law
Our goods and services come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. Nothing in these terms limits those rights. If Premix has a major failure you may be entitled to a refund or replacement, and compensation for other reasonably foreseeable loss.
Our responsibility
Apart from your rights under law, Premix is provided as it is, and features marked beta may change or have faults. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or loss of data or profit, and our total liability for a claim is limited to the price you paid for Premix. Keep backups of anything important, such as your library.
Updates, availability and ending
We may update Premix and our services, and may change or stop features. Premix checks for updates, and its settings let you choose whether they download automatically. We may suspend or end your account or licence if you seriously or repeatedly break these terms. You can delete your account at any time from your account page.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms, and will change the date above. If a change materially affects you, we will tell you by email or in the app. Continuing to use the service after that means you accept the change.
Law and contact
These terms are governed by the laws of Western Australia, Australia, and the courts there have jurisdiction, but this does not remove consumer protections that apply to you where you live. Contact: [email protected].
